Hands-on care, one patient at a time

Stride Physiotherapy is a physiotherapist-owned clinic in Tampines. Every session is 45 minutes with the same physio — no bouncing between staff, no ten-minute rub and a heat pack.

We treat office workers with stiff necks, weekend warriors with sprained ankles, and uncles and aunties recovering from knee replacements. Most patients feel a difference in the first two visits.
