General servicing
Filter, cover and drainage cleaning, gas pressure check. Recommended every 3 months.

Chemical wash
Fan coil dismantled and evaporator coil chemically cleaned. For smelly, dripping or weak units.

Chemical overhaul
Full strip-down of the fan coil, blower and drainage tray. For units neglected for a year or more.

Gas top-up (R410A / R32)
Pressure test and refrigerant top-up. We'll check for leaks first rather than just topping up.

Repair & troubleshooting
PCB faults, error codes, water leakage, compressor issues. Diagnosis fee waived if you proceed with the repair.
